My name is Lisa Talley. I am a DONA Doula, Internationally trained and recognized world wide. I was also trained through the Hearts and Hands Doula Program at the University of California, San Diego. I have a BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program through the American Heart Association. I graduated from UCSD with a double major and minor in Education, focusing on Deaf studies. I provide free Doula work to the Deaf community and am fluent in American Sign Language. I also volunteer at UCSD Hillcrest and for low income or teen mothers. I am experienced in Premature birth, multiple births and specialize in Hospital births. I have recently completed my Certified Lactation Specialist course and I am working on my IBCLC license as a IBCLC Lactation Consultant.
